Verified subject consent at upload
Live consent capture from the subject is required per video using ID verification technology.

Mandatory, non-removable provenance
Every output ships with an embedded C2PA manifest recording source hash, model version, parameters, and timestamp. Creators cannot disable it. Plan tiers cannot disable it. Provenance is a property of the platform, not a feature.

Out of scope, permanently
No face replacement of any kind. No external reference images. No public-figure modeling, named-identity simulation, or pre-built personas. No voice cloning of identities other than the source subject's own voice. These categories are not roadmap items — they are architectural exclusions.

Cooperation with valid legal process
Records are tamper-evident, retained under a designated custodian, and producible under subpoena. Informal pressure, media campaigns, and requests outside lawful authority will be declined.
